What is the cause of chronic inflammation?
Now, this is very different from acute inflammation.
Acute inflammation is where you sprain your ankle, it swells up big, and that is your body doing its job to combat the damage that may have taken place.
Chronic inflammation is something that has been manifesting or burning over for a long time
The number one cause of chronic inflammation is, unfortunately, the most addictive thing, that is, sugar.
At the root of all inflammation and disease is sugar intake.
If we are going to combat & change the chronic disease that we’re dealing with, we must change our diets around and reduce the amount of sugar that we’re eating.
