Let’s talk a little bit about Gout.
I know many people are affected by this regularly, and there are some truths that we can share with you here that may prevent this from happening to you.
So there’s a couple of factors that lead to Gout.
They’re going to tell you that when you have a symptom of gout in one of the joints that it is a buildup of uric acid, which is all true.
But we must go break down the body from a physiological standpoint and say, “Okay, well, what is causing high levels of uric acid equating to a diagnosis of gout?”
Some data and people would testify that it is an issue derived from consuming too much meat.
However, this is not about meat being a problem because the human body needs and requires meat to thrive and heal. But when you consume too much meat, you have a substance that is broken down from meat called arachidonic acid.
When you have too much arachidonic acid buildup, it will segue as an inflammatory substance equating to high uric acid coming out in the form of gout.
There’s another major player that contributes and exacerbates inflammation to the body more than anything, and that is sugar.
So if you are consuming large amounts of sugar, high processed carbohydrates, sodas; you will continuously put your body into a state of inflammation, giving way to uric acid buildup, causing the gout problems and pains that you have.
The simple solution is to get your diet on track, stay on a good anti-inflammatory diet, low Omega-6 diet, keep your arachidonic acid within the appropriate intake that your body needs for protein, and gout can become a memory of the past.
